WCHRA was awarded the SHRM 2010 Silver EXCEL Award. This award recognizes outstanding achievements in chapter operations and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and services to members.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has awarded the meritorious chapter designation to WCHRA in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009.  The award is given for a chapter's scope of work in perpetuating and supporting the mission of the organization.
