CERTIFICATION
The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) offers certification designation and testing. Please refer to their website for complete information or exam registration http://www.hrci.org/certification/
WCHRA offers three program for our members including:

Study groups for test preparation (see link for schedule and scholarship application, left) and

Recertification continuing education credits

Leadership opportunity on the Board of Directors
You can earn recertification credits by attending WCHRA monthly programs. Many are pre-approved for HRCI credit. HRCI requires all certificants to recertify every three years either by accumulating 60 educational hours through continuing education, instruction, on-the-job experience, research and publishing, leadership activities, or membership in a national professional organization such as SHRM or by retaking the exam.
Certification demonstrates not only your support of the HR professional but your personal commitment to excellence in the field.
