Professional development is a primary mission of the WCHRA.  We offer a monthly lunch program for HR professionals to network and learn about up-to-date issues or law changes.  When possible, presentation material can be found here on the website at the Programs menu.

 

 

Another important member benefit WCHRA offers is professional development support is in obtaining your Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM.  We offer certification study groups and scholarships to help defray some of the costs of buying material and sitting for the exam.  Please see more information at the Certificate menu.
