Western Colorado Human Resource Association is a non-profit organization serving Western Slope Human Resource personnel. WCHRA is an affiliate of Society for Human Resource Management. WCHRA seeks to Serve the Professional, Advance the Profession.
Mission Statement
To provide a functional network for human resource professionals and to support individuals whose role within their organizations include human resource related tasks. The association accomplishes this mission by:
- producing quality educational and learning experiences;
- hosting regular meetings each month to facilitate sharing of ideas, trends, and expertise;
- acting as a community resource for new and established businesses and organizations;
- and providing a forum to explore concerns related to the local employment arena.
COSHRM
WCHRA is associated with COSHRM, as they coordinate the efforts of all Colorado SHRM chapters in advancing the human resource profession.
