The Colorado State HR Games are a collegiate competition where students test their knowledge of Human Resource subjects in a Jeopardy!-style game of intellect and skill. The Mesa State Student Chapter has participated and won this state competition in four out of the last six competitions. In 2005 at the Southwest Central competition, the Mesa State students received the Collegiality Award. This award is put to a vote of the teams and professionals participating in the regional competition and presented to the team that exemplifies professionalism, a positive attitude and respect for fellow competitors and volunteers.
